Senior Placement Authority was founded by Chris Schott, a third-generation Pinellas County senior-living professional.
For more than 70 years, Chris's family has operated assisted living, memory care, independent living and skilled nursing communities in Florida’s senior housing industry.
SPA was born from one simple belief:

When time is limited and decisions feel urgent, we step in quickly to coordinate safe, appropriate next steps after rehab or hospitalization. You don’t have to navigate transitions alone.
We guide you through independent living choices that match your lifestyle, budget, and goals. Our focus is helping you maintain independence with comfort and confidence.
We help veterans and their families understand and navigate the Aid & Attendance benefit, ensuring they receive the support they’ve earned. Our guidance simplifies the process and connects you with resources that can make senior care more affordable. Qualifying Veterans or their spouses can receive up to $2,600 per month towards assisted living services.
